Roller Hole Drill Jig

The drill jig is a block of aluminum with 13/32" sized holes and the correct spacing (35mm) needed to facilitate the drilling of a slotted guitar head to accept Gilbert Tuners. Using a 13/32" drill bit, the jig ensures that the holes are drilled at a perpendicular angle to the guitar head. Metal plates can be used with clamps to attach and align the jig to the guitar head. Care must be taken to avoid crushing the guitar head with the clamps. Clamps and metal plates not included with drill jig.
