It is my intention that you have a satisfied visit at SpecialtyTuners and I would like to hear from you if you are unhappy for any reason. Every email is important to me and I answer all emails. I have found some inquiries in my spam folder as I'm sure that some of my replies end up there also. Please be sure to check your junk folder for a response. Additionally, I have found that Yahoo, who provides my hosting, can decide to block some emails for various security reasons, so if you get no reply, please use my alternate email, or even call me and leave a message. Shipping Policies:
Tuners with ebony knobs and abalone dots will ship within 3-5 business days. All other customized tuners will ship within ten (10) business days but typically will be less.

There are two types of shipping that is offered. US mainland shipping is carried out through United Parcel Service. Our checkout system uses UPS 'real time' tools to calculate the shipping costs corresponding to the shipping option you choose.

International shipping is done with the United States Postal Service's Global Express Mail. Global Express Mail is advertised as 3-5 days but the service is not guaranteed. However, the cost is significantly lower than UPS. All international shipments are sent fully insured.

If, for any reason, our shipping policies do not work for you, please email me and we can always work out something that works for both of us.

Foreign Sales
The customer will be responsible for any fees imposed by the purchaser's country for import duty.

Refund and Return Policies:
Full refunds will be given with customer notification within ten (10) business days and must be returned in the original shipping container. Refunds after ten business days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Tax Rates
The tax rate has been set for California resident transactions at a rate of 8.375%. While the sales tax computed for California residents by the tax calculator will display as the highest rate, your tax rate will be adjusted for the address the tuners are being shipped to and you will be charged the tax rate for that county.
